Get Involved

Greens in Islington are now campaigning towards the 2018 Local Elections. Cllr Caroline Russell AM is the only oppositon councillor on Islington council. All other 47 seats are currently held by Labour.

Next year Greens are the best placed to hold Labour to account. We secured 20% across Islington at the last elections and finished second in a majority of wards.

Could you help deliver our newsletters to your neighbourhood, or go out with our team and speak to local residents about their concerns?  Contact us if you're interested; we're always happy to welcome volunteers to help with our campaigning work.

Help with Campaigning

The Campaigns Team helps to organise activity across Islington. Get in touch with Benali Hamdache at if you'd like to get involved.

Our Monthly Meetings for members and guests are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30pm. Meetings usually involve a talk and discussion on a particular topic. See the Events and Meetings page for more details.

We have teams in your area in the North, South, East and West of Islington - see the members' website for more up to date details or email us.

There are lots of different ways to get involved so do get in contact!

If you don't have much spare time at the moment, but would still like to help, why not make a donation?
