In recent years, Tufnell Park ward has received a large amount of Community Infrastructure Levy money from Peabody, the developers of the new Holloway Park development. However, the transparency and community involvement on these projects has been lacking during this time.

At the Tufnell Park ward partnership meeting in February 2025, some project details were shared via paper handouts of ideas that are in the pipeline. This information is still not on the Tufnell Park Community Plan website, so we transferred it all online and we’re making the information available here for you to comment on.

You can email us at tufnellpark@islington.greenparty.org.uk if you have any feedback you’d like us to raise on any of these ideas, or if there’s something you think should be happening which isn’t on this list.

Several million pounds will be available in future years, so it’s crucial that the community gets a say in how that money is used – we’re here to help you get this money used in ways that benefit you most.
