Today, Caroline Lucas, Leader of the Green Party, was sworn in as the first Green MP and one Islington Green Party member is helping her through the process.
Islington Green Party candidate for Islington South and Finsbury, James Humphreys was appointed this week as Special Adviser to Caroline Lucas.
James, a former senior civil servant who now runs his own research business, will be responsible for setting up Dr Lucas’ Parliamentary office and for advising her on all Parliamentary matters.
