Islington Green Party has launched two new petitions to introduce 20 mph speed limits to Islington’s main roads. Part of our Safer Streets for Islington campaign, the petitions call on Transport for London and Islington Council to extend the 20 mph speed limits from Islington’s residential roads to New North Road and Essex Road in the south of the borough and Blackstock Road to Highbury Grove in the north.
