Today, the Independent on Sunday profiled five doorstep canvassers to find out what it’s like to knock on doors and engage people in politics.
In the article, Islington Green Party member and canvasser Ozoda Muminova talks about how positive and interested people are about The Green Party’s ideas and policies.
She explains how her best experience was when “a little boy came to the door with his mother. He wasn’t interested in tuition fees but when he heard we want to make the streets safer to play in, he started clapping.”
